Rev. Mrs. Regina Dartey, affectionately called Pastor Regina, is a co- founder and General Overseer of Transforming Life Centre International (TLCI) headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario. She pastors the local branch, TLC - King’s Palace that serves over 2,000 members with her husband Dr. Ralph Dartey.

With over 40 years of ministry experience, Pastor Regina is abundantly graced to strengthen the body of Christ and together with her husband, have planted over 50 locations around the world.

Pastor Regina is a wife, a mother, a nurse, a mentor, a pastor, an intercessor, a preacher, an interior designer, an innovator, a real estate investor, a confidant, a listener, a friend, and a wise counsellor. She has a heart for people; especially women and children, working to see them empowered and walking in their God-given purpose.

Pastor Regina holds a B.Sc degree in Nursing from York University in Toronto. She is currently pursuing her M.A degree in Theology from Liberty University in Lynchburg Virginia.

Regina married her high school sweetheart in 1991. Together they have raised 4 sons who are all polished arrows in the hands of God. In December 2023, Regina and her husband Ralph ordained and consecrated all their sons unto the ministry. Pastor Kofi Dartey, Prophet Ralph Dartey II, Pastor Reziah Dartey and Pastor Reggie Dartey all serve alongside their parents in ministry
